These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jibd platform and all its associated services. By visiting the jibd website, creating an account, or using any service, you give your full agreement to these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use services at jibd, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally and voluntarily capable of participating in online gaming activities.
• You will use the services through your own account — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Funds deposited into your account must have a legitimate source.
• If you previously had an account that was closed by jibd, you may not register again.

2.2 Accuracy of Account Information

2.3 One Person, One Account

Each user may operate only one account. Multiple accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled. Using the same device, IP address, or payment method across multiple accounts is prohibited.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately. The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs on the account.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at jibd is ৳200 (the same for each method). There is no set maximum deposit limit, however large transactions may require verification.

3.3 Deposit Process

After a successful payment, funds usually take a few minutes to appear in your account. If a deposit is not credited on time, please contact support with your reference number.

Withdrawals & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Withdrawal Limits

The minimum amount for withdrawing winnings is ৳800. Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used for the deposit, or to a method approved by jibd.

4.2 Processing Time

Under normal circumstances, withdrawal requests are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, in some cases the verification process may require additional time.

4.3 Verification Requirements

In the interest of security and proper service, jibd may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Providing the required documents promptly will speed up the process.

4.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation

A withdrawal may be held or cancelled in the following situations:

• Account verification is incomplete.
• Bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is detected.
• Evidence of multiple accounts is found.
• A suspected breach of the Terms and Conditions exists.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jibd offers new players a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A promotion may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings from completed wagering can be withdrawn.
• jibd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus misuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus and related winnings may be forfeited.

5.4 Other Promotions

jibd offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has specific terms that are detailed on the offer page. In the event of any dispute regarding a promotion, jibd's decision will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities & Fair Play

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using jibd's services:

• Any form of fraud, hacking, or software manipulation.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal purposes.
• Bonus abuse or gaining an advantage through multiple accounts.
• Harassment or misconduct towards other users.

6.2 Fair Play Policy

VIP Program & Rewards

jibd may impose a maintenance fee on accounts that remain inactive for an extended period, which will be communicated in advance if applicable.

Limitation of Liability
